Simple and fast verification in MuchBetter
At MuchBetter, users can start the account identification process in two ways: standard account verification in the MuchBetter app and fast one with Weenax. The latter method is available to those users who have joined the Weenax program. To quickly go through verification in MuchBetter to increase account limits, you just need to send us a photo of the documents by e-mail verification@muchbetter.com.
Standard verification at MuchBetter
1. Download the MuchBetter payment application to your phone and sign in to your account. Go to the “Limits” tab.
2. A window will open with your account limits. Click on the “Increase limits” button.
3. Since when registering in the payment system you have already filled in your personal data, for verification at this stage you only need to go through identity verification. Click “Continue”.
4. In a new window, the system will offer to select a document to scan and the country of issue of the document. Choose a passport or identity card.
5. Allow the application to take photos and videos, scan the ID from both sides, check the legibility of the document. Next, scan your face.
If all steps have been completed correctly, in 5 minutes you will receive a message about the successful verification of your MuchBetter account.
